Julie in town!

We had so much fun with Julie in town.  Started off Thanksgiving morning with a crazy hike up Lulumahu falls.  It was raining pretty hard so the trail was like wading through a flood of mud and water the entire time.  Luckily we had strong teenagers to help carry backpacks and kids!

Headed to the beach afterwards, Jazzy didn't want to take off her jacket.

Anjuli just loved having Ashley to play with!

Thanksgiving dinner: an improv of Chicken cordon bleu, peas, and mashed potatoes.  Not exactly traditional but it sure tasted good after a long hike!

 The kids loved playing with eachother.  Now my kids are missing their cousins terribly!  Summer feels like a long time to wait..

Had so much fun with this "Pie face Game".  It's Russian roulette with whipped cream :)

November happenings

Jazzy is obsessed with Tigers right now.  Every morning she covers herself in stripes and wears her tiger ears.  Then she crawls around the house attacking things :) 

Ezra at 11 months

Just a quickie, this boy is 11 months already.  Can't believe how fast time has flown by.  He is standing alone and might be walking soon.  Eight teeth and 24 lbs of love!

My 35th bday

Had a great bday, can't believe I'm 35!  The kids made me breakfast in bed, presents from Zui was a new dress and slippers, and went on a date with my man to see Hunger Games.  My favorite present was getting 67 "Yes Mom I'll be glad to do it!" the week of my birthday!  I think this will be a new tradition.  Ezekiel could never remember to say the word "glad" so he always says "Yes mom, I'll be DO it!"  Melts my heart, love my kiddos!

End of Soccer Season

Zeya and Zion did awesome this soccer season, each scoring a couple goals nearly every game.  It was so fun for them, and we're really glad Zui could be Zeya's coach.  Now onto basketball season!

Likelike Falls

We went on a Veteran's Day hike and had a blast.  Hiking is a kids playground!  Dirt, mud, water, sticks...it's all there.  Plus...we brought Cheetos!!!
