Thanks to Lory's family, we spent all day Monday playing at the Grand Wailea. It was awesome! They have tons of waterslides, a rope swing, lazy river, rapids, and the only "water elevator" in the world.

On Sunday we left for Maui for 3 days to visit Zui's sister, Lory, and her family of 4 kids. We thought we'd save a few extra bucks by taking the Superferry--looks like fun, right? Needless to say, we all got seasick within the first half hour, and the whole expedition was nearly 4 hours long. It was painful. Luckily, nobody lost their lunch (in our family) but we did take the easier route home and fly.
So if you've ever seen Finding Nemo you'll understand this. Remember the cool turtles? Zui's been doing "Noggin" with Anjuli as a night time tradition just before bed. She gets a nighttime kiss from Mommy and a noggin from Daddy.
It's not often that we go into town, but we were headed to the Zoo anyway so we thought we'd stop in for a little dip.

A day at the Zoo with Pulama I Na Keiki! We had a great time checking out all the cool animals, although I think Anjuli's favorite part was the playground :)
Anjuli got this dress from my sister--so cute! Anjuli loves holding her new "doll" (it's a baby dressed in a bunny suit--think Anne Geddes). She burps her doll, sits her in the bouncer, and carries her around by the ears.

If you're wondering about Anjuli's arm in the air (noticed in several pics) it's how we get her to take her fingers out of her mouth for a picture--we tell her "up!"

Anjuli's first time boogie-boarding! Zui would pull her along on the leash--she loved it! She actually rode a very small wave into shore all by herself! Zui gave her a little push and she was off!
Anjuli has been our little newspaper-getter lately. It's great! When we're too sleepy to go outside, we just open the door a crack and ask her if she wants to get the paper--she loves it!

A friend of ours gave us these pajamas that Anjuli just loves. As soon as she put them on for the first time, it was history. Now she screams everytime we take them off her. Tell me, how do little girls know about princesses from day one?
So I'm not the best photographer... I would get Zy Zy to smile real big, then press the button and by then the smile was gone and he'd put on this really funny face, probably from staring at the red dot on the camera.... still cute though :)
Anjuli loves this huge waterbottle we got to take to the beach. It's so funny to watch her lift it--it takes all her energy just to hoist it up, then she tries to walk around and the weight of the water throws off her balance :) She is really becoming a big girl now!
Zui has his weight set outside in our lanai which, truth be told, Anjuli uses more often than he does... She must be powering up for some big competition, because she loves "working out." Her latest exercise involves swinging from the bench press bar.
First few times it's a little scary--yikes! Help!
But now it's easy peasy!
