Mailbox Remodel

For my birthday last year I told Zui that I wanted a new mailbox.  Ours was old and rusted, and our mailbox stand was close to falling over.  So Zui took the project on.

Come to find out that our mailbox posts were completely rotted away.

 Zui borrowed our neighbor's table saw and went to work. 

Our good friend Cliff helped, too.  We borrowed his wheel barrow--the kids loved going for a ride inside ;)

 After painting the mailbox it was time to add the cement.

And Voila!  My husband made my birthday wishes come true!  

p.s. yes, my birthday was 6 months ago...it's just taken that long to post about it!
