We spent a wonderful 2 nights in Brugges, a city about an hour outside of Brussels. Such a cute, quaint little town.

Here we enjoyed chocolate, icecream, and gaufres--a hot, sugary waffle.

My favorite museum, and definitely the least boring: The Chocolate Museum! We learned all about where chocolate comes from and how to make those amazing Belgian chocolates. This statue is made entirely out of chocolate--tasty!

We rented bikes and went on a long bikeride alongside a canal to the next city over. It was so fun to ride a bike again! (although a little more difficult with a belly in the way :)

Brugges, like Amsterdam, is filled with canals. We didn't take a boat ride (I'm still too nervous after my SuperFerry experience) but definitely enjoyed the pretty views.
